There are many areas throughout Lamont to have some fun:
Spray Park
The Spray Park is located within Hillside Park. It operates throughout the summer.
Bike Pump Track
The Bike Pump Track is located within Hillside Park. A looped course of rollers and berms for bike riders of all skill levels. It's designed to maximize momentum so minimal pedaling is needed.
Ball Diamonds
The Lamont Ball Diamonds are the perfect place to play a game of ball, or just toss a ball around.
The Ball Diamonds also host many ball teams throughout the spring/summer.
Fishing Pond
Grab your rods and come out to the fishing pond to try out your skills. This pond is located approximately 2 km northeast of Lamont. Follow 48 St. north for 1.6 km to Highway 29. Turn east and travel 1.6 km to the pond located on the north side of the highway. Access is via the gravel road along the west shore. Standard Fishing Regulations Apply.
Elk Island Golf Course
Elk Island Golf Course is located inside Elk Island National Park, 30 minutes east of
Edmonton Alberta. This is a nine hole course and is one of the oldest in Northern Alberta. For more information please visit http://www.elkislandgolf.com/
Lamont Arena

The Arena is host to many hockey teams throughout the winter. Minor Hockey is an active group in the Town of Lamont. To register, visit the Lamont Minor Hockey Association registration page.
The Arena also hosts public skating and a shinny hockey weekly. These will be posted on our events calendar.

Elk Island National Park
